Announcing SAF's Hero Flight Program 2017

Saying thank you and honoring the courageous men and women of the United States Armed Forces

Rob Holland Ultimate Airshows and Stratus Aviation Foundation are proud to announce they’ve joined together to re-launch the Hero Flight Program, starting in 2017. Operating as part of Stratus Aviation Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that encourages and enables people to pursue their aviation passions, the Hero Flight Program will continue in its mission to honor the courageous men and women of the United States Armed Forces by introducing them to the thrill of flight. In support of the program, Rob Holland Ultimate Airshows will be offering rides to

current and former members of the United States military in a high

performance, two-seat aerobatic airplane  at airshows all across the United States. We will have more information on the program and how you can participate in early 2017.

Stratus Aviation Foundation (SAF) began operations in 2013 as a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting aviation and careers that involve STEM education by giving young people the opportunity to build real airplanes and flight simulators. Aircraft construction and aviation related projects provide an exciting opportunity to motivate kids to learn virtually any facet of science, technology, engineering and mathematics as applied to this program.

Now in a formal partnership with Wings field and the Wings Preservation Association, SAF has several aviation STEM related projects operating at Wings Field (KLOM).
